About This Role

Process cash and ticket transactions for customers at the box office, ensuring efficient and pleasant service, while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and confirm prices for purchases
• Assist customers with ticket and gift card acquisitions
• Operate a cash register and answer phone calls
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not operate assigned cash register and maintain password confidentiality
• Provide quick, efficient, and pleasant service to guests
• Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude, maintaining professional conduct and appearance
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong personal drive
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
