This role involves designing and evaluating questions related to Biochemistry and Biophysics for AI research projects at Mercor. The specialist will assess the accuracy of AI-generated content in these fields and provide structured feedback to improve model performance and training data quality.
Responsibilities
- Design questions related to Biochemistry and Biophysics for AI research projects
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in Biochemistry to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance
Requirements
- 4+ years full-time work experience in Biochemistry or Biophysics
- Based in the US, UK, or Canada
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks)
Qualifications
