Join a physician-led team providing adult primary care with a focus on value-based care in Tampa, FL, supported by a robust team and the resources of Optum. Experience the fulfillment of advancing community health while contributing to new practice ideas.
Responsibilities
- Provide Adult Primary Care focusing on value-based care
- Work in a physician-led, patient-centered team-based environment
- Collaborate with and be supported by Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Practice autonomously in an ambulatory setting
- Contribute new practice ideas and initiatives
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
- Residency trained and Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or has Florida application in process
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
- Valid DEA license
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
