Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About This Role

This role involves direct communication with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services. The representative will handle phone and email inquiries, provide price quotes, and facilitate purchase quotes for vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes for inbound inquiries
• Facilitate purchase quotes for vehicles considered for sale to PGW
• Provide quality customer service through call center functions
• Ensure constant communication with customers is established and maintained
• Acquire knowledge on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries
• Generate sales/buys from online leads

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer relations skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions
• Attentive to details

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Call Center Customer Service experience
• 2+ years of college
• Understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
