This Customer Service Representative role at Kanner & Pintaluga manages client interactions, handles essential communications, and facilitates effective case progression within the Personal Injury department. The position works to ensure client satisfaction while supporting practice leadership.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands to support practice leadership
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Record information as needed
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed
- Prepare correspondence for approval by Managing Attorney
- Coordinate events and meetings as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- High school/GED diploma
- Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- High school/GED diploma required
- Customer service or previous office or executive assistant experience is preferred
Nice to Have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Creole language skills
