Lead and expand ABA therapy services in the Charlotte, NC market, assisting the Regional Director in growing the area and increasing access to services for families affected by ASD. This role involves supervising staff, developing treatment plans, and representing the company at professional conferences.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Director to conduct professional development trainings
- Supervise BCBA staff
- Represent the company at professional conferences
- Assist in research projects
- Interview BCBA staff
- Interface with BE's business development department to determine needs for the market
- Analyze market data with the Regional Director to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage RBTs / BTs
- Supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery
- Conducting behavior assessments
- Individualize client treatment goals and objectives
- Conduct monthly caregiver training
- Coordinate with other professionals on your clients' treatment team
Requirements
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification by the BACB
- Active and in good standing with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- LBA state licensure if in states of AZ, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, NC, RI, SC TX, VA
- Excellent spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable internet access
- Strong commitment and passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
Qualifications
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
