About This Role

This role will support the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program for new data centers, focusing on managing EHS systems, ensuring environmental compliance, and providing site oversight. You will lead a global team, design valuation frameworks, and analyze audit intelligence to reduce risk and maintain safety systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coach a global team of EHS Assurance Program Managers, fostering a high-performance culture through active mentorship, targeted career development, and rigorous performance management
  • Architect and drive unified global goals for the EHS assurance program, ensuring absolute consistency in standards, execution, and regional alignment across all business units
  • Design frameworks and metrics to quantify business value, demonstrating how the assurance program effectively mitigates critical risks and supports organizational resilience
  • Oversee the end-to-end Global EHS Assurance Program, including the deployment and governance of the third-party vendor-executed assessment model and senior leadership alignment
  • Analyze global audit intelligence to identify systemic trends and deficiencies, spearheading program enhancements that reduce risk exposure and maintain safety systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contractors to identify and address EHS concerns through proactive risk identification and mitigation
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of new and critical EHS initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement and iteration of global programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field
  • 5 years of experience leading global, cross-functional teams in EHS audit or quality assurance

Nice to Have

  • Certification in a relevant professional field, such as CSP, CISA, or PMP
  • Knowledge of international EHS regulatory standards and audit methodologies (e.g., ISO 45001 or 14001)
  • Ability to present risk data to C-suite executives and translate safety metrics into business value
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing vendor-led assessment models at a global scale
