About This Role

Provide on-site IT support to clinical locations, managing day-to-day operations, resolving hardware and software issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as the visible IT presence for providers and practice managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT support operations at clinical locations using the current Reliant ticketing system, including traveling on site to clinics
  • Provide 'white glove' services for end-user experience, such as onboarding, technical installation of hardware, answering technical questions and following up with users
  • Provide timely and accurate support to the user community
  • Handle IT Support for any escalations from a clinical location
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety and range of hardware and software related problems with operating systems, applications, and network configuration, replacing parts as required
  • Adapt to new technologies, process new information and help customers through technological changes
  • Improve and implement procedures as needed and/or assigned
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of prior experience supporting PCs and printers
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office, or Active Directory
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Valid US driver's license
