Associate Sales Representative, Orthopaedic Instruments

About This Role

Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products, conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, and solve product problems for doctors, nurses, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
• Track territory progress and proactively communicate wins to Sales Representatives
• Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance
• Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to exercise discretion and independence
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
• Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
• Ability to communicate/present to large groups of people
• Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university
• 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred
