Strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products, conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, and solve product problems for doctors, nurses, and other staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products
- Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
- Track territory progress and proactively communicate wins to Sales Representatives
- Solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance
- Provide excellent service and assist customers as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to exercise discretion and independence
- Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
- Ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
- Ability to communicate/present to large groups of people
- Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited university
- 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred
