Join the USRM Marketing Advertising Team to develop and execute high-profile campaigns that shape the Liberty Mutual brand. This role drives brand growth and engagement through creative work across major partners and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Play a central role in bringing advertising campaigns to market across various channels
- Help translate brand and business objectives into well-executed advertising
- Execute Liberty Mutual’s audio advertising strategy across terrestrial radio, streaming, podcasts, and emerging media
- Track performance, share insights, and make optimizations to drive reach and listener engagement for audio ads
- Support day-to-day advertising operations and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in the planning and activation of sponsorships and branded integrations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for custom content and experiential activations
- Support measurement and reporting for sponsorships and branded integrations
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
- Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies
- Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
