Associate Maintenance Manager, Cybercab, Assembly

About This Role

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, maximizing reliability and production efficiency for Cybercab assembly. Drive continuous improvement in OEE, TPM/PM, and breakdown management while ensuring safety and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to maximize reliability, availability, and continued operation
• Promote cross training, job flexibility and versatility of staff, including development of training schedule
• Understand machine capacity, create machine line loads, and implement equipment contingency plans
• Direct involvement in creating/executing capital expenditures related to departmental budget and mill goals
• Ensure all safety rules are enforced, including an understanding of OSHA safety requirements
• Manage a team of 4+ Supervisors along with the headcount under their organizations
• Responsible for improving KPIs including quality, yield, and productivity

Requirements

• Adept at industrial safety practices and policies for high-volume, cutting-edge technologies
• Skilled at leading, coaching and developing direct reports across a broad range of engineering and technical disciplines
• Strong preventive maintenance development experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality / quantity
• Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals
• PLC troubleshooting and programming

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Physical Science related field preferred

• Familiarity with reliability centered maintenance principles
