About This Role

Create a welcoming store environment and engage with customers to contribute to sales goals. Support operational tasks and maintain brand standards within the store.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and wants through intentional conversation
• Use company resources to reinforce the brand experience and build enduring relationships with customers
• Share and represent current products, fit, and fashion trends to customers
• Support areas of operational energy as needed
• Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer and business needs
• Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g., Registers and iPad)
• Ability to adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently
• Ability to retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level frequently, including climbing up to a 12-foot ladder

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred
