Associate

About This Role

The Associate will support Fellowship of Christian Athletes staff in administrative duties and program execution for camp and campus ministry, specifically focusing on spiritual leadership and adherence to Christian values.

Responsibilities

• Assist FCA staff with assigned duties to aid successful camp and campus ministry programs or administrative support
• Agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement
• Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for FCA
• Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example
• Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement
• Conduct oneself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs at all times

Requirements

• Agreement with FCA's Christian Community Statement
• Ability to follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study
• Capacity to provide spiritual leadership consistent with FCA's mission
• Active participation in a local church
