The Associate in Digital Product Management will strengthen Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) processes and partner with various platform tech teams to enhance the efficiency of Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) initiatives. This role supports annual investment planning, communicates status on critical capabilities, and drives agile change management within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen LPM processes across intake, prioritization, dependency team engagement, platform escalation mitigation, and communication for CFR tech initiatives
- Partner with Enterprise LPM and platform tech teams to enable efficiency of CFR owned and impacted initiatives
- Represent RPDS as a participant with other enterprise LPMs where there are CFR dependencies
- Support annual investment planning process for CFR, including foreseeing high-level directional capacity needs
- Communicate status and metrics on critical RPDS capabilities to CFR stakeholders
- Drive agile change management within the Credit and Fraud Risk organization and organize relevant trainings
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of risk management processes and associated data and technology systems
- Experience in operating within the Scaled Agile Framework of technology development
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Ability to solve sophisticated problems with a highly analytical approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in operation research, engineering or a related technical field
- 1+ year of work experience
