This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences at a Chase branch by providing attentive and friendly service, assisting with banking transactions, and educating clients on technology solutions. The Associate Banker builds trusted relationships by sharing product knowledge and connecting clients with experts to achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
- Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
- Build meaningful relationships by understanding client needs and introducing them to financial experts
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like vaults and ATMs, adhering to bank policies
Requirements
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations

- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
