Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will create memorable experiences for clients, building lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and introducing them to solutions that help achieve their financial goals. You will represent the brand, assist with daily transactions, open new accounts, and educate clients on technology self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on how to use technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
