Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will create memorable client experiences by delivering friendly service, managing transactions, and educating clients on banking technology. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and introduce clients to experts to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch
• Manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, complying with all policies and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, adhering to bank policies

• Client service experience or comparable experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and speaking)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Client service experience or comparable experience. Cash handling experience preferred.
