About This Role

This role is responsible for establishing new strategic programs and services for NorthBay Health, expanding its service portfolio to attract new consumers and enhance the system's brand. The AVP will identify opportunities, oversee implementation, and integrate new services within the network.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leader for new strategic programs and services
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure the success of new programs
  • Bring innovative solutions to reach new consumers and markets and enhance the organizational brand
  • Provide solutions to solve complex problems where traditional healthcare thinking doesn’t apply
  • Understand regulatory and compliance issues and actively work for solutions
  • Help select facilities and aesthetics required for program success
  • Understand consumers and establish pricing and considerations for market launch
  • Work directly with the EVP of Strategy and Business Development for launch and future planning
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including hospitality, real estate, technology, and ancillary companies
  • Position the organization to accept all forms of payment for services
  • Ensure programs remain consumer-focused and deliver a high level of experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, analysis, finance, and/or business development
  • Proven capabilities in building strong, trusted relationships with partners and collaborators
  • Experience in managing large projects with complex analytical and strategic components
  • Highly effective presentation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Superb written, verbal and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, required. Masters preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in strategy, planning, analysis, finance, and/or business development, preferably within a healthcare environment at Director level. Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience as a manager.
