Support the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture. This role involves managing hourly crew members, shift execution, and ensuring exemplary customer service and restaurant cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Hire, terminate, and manage the onboarding and payroll process for all hourly, non-management crewmembers
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers, including development, coaching, and redirective communication
- Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
- Execute shift management while meeting operational and safety standards
- Deploy crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order
Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
