Assistant Restaurant Leader

About This Role

Support the Restaurant Leader in the day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture. This role involves managing hourly crew members, shift execution, and ensuring exemplary customer service and restaurant cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, and manage the onboarding and payroll process for all hourly, non-management crewmembers
• Create crewmember work and training schedules
• Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers, including development, coaching, and redirective communication
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards
• Execute shift management while meeting operational and safety standards
• Deploy crewmembers during a shift
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
