About This Role

The Department of Economics at The University of Georgia is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor to contribute to teaching and research, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in the field of economics, commensurate with rank
  • Teach economics courses at the university level
  • Mentor and guide students
  • Contribute to the academic community within the Terry College of Business

Requirements

  • Terminal degree appropriate for the discipline
  • Research record commensurate with rank

Qualifications

  • Terminal degree appropriate for the discipline
