Assistant Nurse Manager - Clinical Decision Unit

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a specialty area within the Clinical Decision Unit, including direct daily supervision of staff, inventory control, and team assignments. Coordinate case planning, patient flow, and implement processes to ensure team success on quality measures and fiscal responsibility.

• Responsible for Team success on identified quality measures such as patient hospital acquired conditions
• Responsible for fiscal responsibility for their unit

Requirements

• One year of related experience
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• GEORGIA REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework
• One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Nice to Have

• Supervisory experience and certification
• BSN preferred
