Assistant Food Service Manager

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and assist in managing the food court operation, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory control, while ensuring adherence to sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the food court area
• Assist with training and scheduling staff
• Manage inventory control within the food court operation
• Assist with preparing and mass cooking food according to required quantities and recipes
• Ensure all associates adhere to company and state sanitation policies and procedures
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
• Maintain Cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs consistent with store policy

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through
• Satisfactory performance reviews
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Literacy
• Basic Computer Skills
• Thorough knowledge/understanding of recipes and ingredient formulas

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 6-12 months of related experience
