Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care
• Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence
• Strong organizational and communication skills
