Assistant Clinical Supervisor II

About This Role

This role will build leadership skills and mentor a team while ensuring high-quality clinical programs. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor II will manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation, ultimately contributing to the clinical leadership of 360 Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services
• Minimum 1 year leading and training staff
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services and 1 year leading and training staff, with 2+ years overall ABA experience desired

Nice to Have

• 2+ years ABA experience
