This role involves establishing and growing client relationships with RIAs, Bank & Trusts, and Family Offices in Northern California, leveraging J.P. Morgan's investment solutions. The Client Advisor will lead an Integrated Client Team, communicate market views, and act as a trusted solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with RIAs, Bank & Trusts, and Family Offices in Northern California/San Francisco Bay Area
- Lead the Integrated Client Team to deliver consultative investment solutions and increase assets under management
- Position mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments to clients
- Communicate J.P. Morgan’s perspectives on markets, retirement, and portfolio construction through various programs
- Build and maintain trust with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs
- Collaborate with the Integrated Client Team and internal partners to deliver seamless client service and drive strategic initiatives
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented, consultative approach to client engagement
- Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and events within the territory
- Manage time and resources efficiently, ensuring effective coverage and support for all clients
- Uphold J.P. Morgan’s values of integrity, excellence, and partnership in all interactions
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in an institutional or advisory setting
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure
- High level of professionalism, organization, and discipline
- Willingness to travel weekly within the assigned territory
- Consultative mindset with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions
- Commitment to J.P. Morgan’s values and a drive for excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in an institutional or advisory setting
