About This Role

Assemble active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. This role requires adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Possess a basic understanding of production processes within the assigned area and a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Follow GMP and standard operating procedures
• Transport materials of varying weight safely using material handling equipment
• Demonstrate adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment, and housekeeping
• Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matters, including wearing appropriate PPE and responding to hazards
• Assume responsibility for the environmental effects of work performed and for identifying and recording environmental problems
• Complete all regulatory training as assigned (GPM, ISO14001, OSHA, etc.)
• Complete Operator Training Program according to established guidelines
• Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Able to read, write, and understand Basic English
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack
