About This Role

Operate and maintain a hot mix asphalt plant, focusing on electrical and mechanical components, to produce high-quality asphalt safely and efficiently. This includes diagnosing and repairing issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical components of a hot mix asphalt plant
• Repair and maintain mechanical components of a hot mix asphalt plant
• Operate the plant to produce hot mix asphalt
• Follow Company’s safety programs and policies to mitigate risk
• Listen and take direction from others
• Work as a team player and help train less experienced employees

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to work in all seasonal weather and environmental conditions
• Ability to listen and take direction from others
• Ability to be a team player

Nice to Have

• Mechanical experience
• Electrical experience
• Heavy Duty Mechanic/Fabricator experience
• Welding experience
• Electricians with control experience
