Join a structured training program to develop technical expertise and business acumen in HVAC systems. You will lead the sales process from initial customer contact to delivery, with hands-on support and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and market share targets
- Lead and grow assigned territory through existing and new accounts
- Routinely call on and support customers including Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineering firms, and Facility Owners/Developers
- Follow-up and close work with customers by assisting with bid day operations and handling post-sale submittal and order entry work
- Execute take-offs and quotes
- Promote Carrier’s line card of products, attend trade shows and marketing events, and support local educational efforts
- Assist with project management duties including cash collection and accounts receivable responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree completed or expected to be completed by September 2026
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree completed or expected to be completed by September 2026
Nice to Have
- Four-year Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Material Science or Controls)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical aptitude, creativity, and collaborative mindset
- Internship or work experience in HVAC, engineering, or sales
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic
