Apartment Make Ready Technician

About This Role

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order, with a focus on preparing vacant units for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair on apartment homes and property facilities
• Prepare empty apartment homes for future residents
• Paint apartment interiors
• Pressure wash surfaces
• Perform grounds keeping duties
• Execute basic maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions
