The Employee Resources Liaison (ANALYST II) assists with complex Human Resources functions for the Division of Maintenance under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I. This role involves serving as a liaison between various HR departments and supporting personnel matters for Maintenance Regional Offices and Management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with difficult and complex Human Resources functions for the Division of Maintenance.
- Serve as the liaison between HQ-OHR, DO-HR, Regional HR liaison, and the division.
- Prepare Request for Personnel Action (PARF) documents for submittal to Budgets and DHR.
- Support Maintenance Regional Offices and MTCE Management with less complex personnel matters.
- Partner with the district's DHR Office on onboarding and other personnel matters.
Requirements
- Eligibility for Analyst II / Analyst I exam
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted Class C driver’s license
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of public and business administration, management, and supportive staff services
- Ability to analyze data and present ideas effectively
- Ability to reason logically and creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to resolve complex governmental and managerial problems
