About This Role

Guide and oversee a sales team to win, maintain, and expand relationships with channel partners, focusing on achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives for the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Ensure the Pronto service model is practiced daily
  • Ensure Grassroots Marketing is executed daily
  • Develop new business and maximize growth with existing business partners
  • Ensure agencies are open during operating hours
  • Make daily or nightly deposits
  • Drive daily sales
  • Set monthly and quarterly goals with support from District Manager or supervisor
  • Attend sales training as needed, including off-site kickoffs and roundtables
  • Coordinate sales agent/broker activities (meetings, training initiatives, grassroots)
  • Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation events and revenue generation
  • Attend and coordinate agent/broker attendance at local events to generate leads
  • Ensure all payments and renewal calls are properly done following the Pronto model
  • Ensure cold calls are done on all leads generated from events
  • Ensure all claim inquiries are directed to the MGA/GA claims department
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Develop sales reports as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • P&C license within a 60-day period
  • Computer proficiency
