About This Role

This role involves providing medical skin care services using advanced technologies and products, creating customized plans for clients, and supporting clinic operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials
• Discuss the importance of skin care protocols created by the medical team
• Celebrate the success of client results
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff members
• Establish adequate staff to ensure timely patient visits
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable & comfortable workplace
• Respect and support all team members individuality & provide an inclusive environment
• Maintain organizational relationships

Requirements

• Current RN State License
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through an accredited association
• Clinically competent, professional, and compassionate
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to problem-solve
• Outgoing personality yet calming presence
• Attentive and able to listen
• Attention to detail in following company protocol
• Goal oriented
• Prioritize client safety and customer service

Qualifications

• Associate degree
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Nice to Have

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
