The Administrative Support Assistant for Personnel, domiciled in Marshall or Higginsville, will support over 500 employees, focused on coordinating and tracking FMLA requests and approvals, and managing workers' compensation cases.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track requests for FMLA and approvals for FMLA
- Act as the contact and coordinator for workers' compensation
- Handle documentation and data entry for workers' compensation cases
- Schedule doctor’s appointments for workers' compensation cases
Requirements
- Some experience with FMLA and workers compensation
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others
- Good time management skills
- Possess leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Skill in operating office equipment
- Willingness to travel across the agency

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
