This role is responsible for completing administrative tasks and developing, implementing, and marketing fun-filled, lifestyle-enriching events and programs for residents. The coordinator will foster professional relationships to custom-design community programs and support the property management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and market lifestyle events, social programs, and activities for the community, including managing RSVPs and vendor contracts
- Coordinate and support lifestyle initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures for events and submit receipts in a timely manner
- Maintain order and flow during each event, mediating issues and ensuring work site and event safety
- Plan, promote, and participate in a monthly calendar of activities, classes, and ongoing programs
- Create and maintain a master calendar for the community's events
- Conduct marketing studies and develop plans to attract additional events and sponsorships, utilizing marketing resources
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations for community service projects and sponsorships
- Create invitations, announcements, and postings to market community programs and promote participation
- Develop and maintain effective ongoing homeowner relations, including timely resolution of concerns and coordinating special services
- Provide administrative support for the property management team
- Prepare welcome letter packages, community email updates, and flyers
- Maintain, update, and enter homeowner information in the computer database daily
- Maintain inventory of common area keys and amenity access cards, re-ordering as necessary
- Distribute amenity fobs and handle reservations, ensuring facility and amenity access
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalency
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support and/or activity leader function
- Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to run activities and events
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, regulations or documents with a similar degree of complexity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalency required. College Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support and/or activity leader function
