Community Association Manager

About This Role

Manage on-site community association operations, ensuring quality service delivery, contractual compliance, and effective project management while leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered and Board expectations are met
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract and ensure all contractual obligations are met
• Initiate contact with new residents
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Oversee construction projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement projects are on time and within budget
• Create, maintain, and upload information in the portal including work orders, meeting minutes, and Monthly Management Reports
• Interview, select, recommend, hire, train, and schedule assigned staff
• Provide direction to staff and assist in the investigation and resolution of problems

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows
• Knowledge and ability to apply Florida Statutes and Community documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in property Operations, Hospitality, or construction
