Administrative Fellow

About This Role

This Administrative Fellow position involves participating in the development and implementation of initiatives within a healthcare setting, providing follow-up on assigned projects, and formulating recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development, planning, and implementation of initiatives as directed by department management
• Designs and prepares information to document the tracking and progress of assigned initiatives
• Provides follow-up to management on assigned projects until full completion
• Formulates recommendations for improvement on assigned projects or involved processes
• Communicates observations and recommendations orally and in writing to address the needs of different levels of Management
• Follows-up on the status of corrective actions as needed
• Observes and learns key processes and initiatives of the supported Department(s)
• Performs special reviews, consultations, research projects and other tasks as directed
• Reviews contracts as needed
• Establishes and builds positive and effective client and staff relationship
• Completes weekly internship updates

Requirements

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree Program
• Master's Degree in progress

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree Program required. Master's Degree in progress.
• Commensurate with education requirements
