About This Role

Provide essential administrative and front desk support for a client in Manhattan, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various operational tasks. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and potential conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming front desk experience
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Assist with coordinating and dispatching technicians as needed
  • Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to answer phones and sound professional
  • Reliability with perfect attendance
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed
  • Entry-level to 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
