Provide essential administrative and front desk support for a client in Manhattan, managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various operational tasks. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and potential conversion to a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming front desk experience
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with coordinating and dispatching technicians as needed
- Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to answer phones and sound professional
- Reliability with perfect attendance
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed
- Entry-level to 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
