This Administrative Assistant role provides crucial executive support to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and organizing events. The position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who ensures seamless administrative operations and maintains confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and provide proactive support to senior leadership
- Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations, including after-hours logistics
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports using Concur or similar platforms with accuracy and timeliness
- Plan and execute meetings, team events, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless organization
- Manage office supplies, catering, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with executive scheduling, travel logistics, and confidential information handling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives, ideally within financial services, consulting, or other professional settings

- Experience in Concur or similar expense systems
