About This Role

Provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care outcomes. This role involves direct and indirect patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and ongoing reassessment.

Responsibilities

• Render professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the Physical Therapy Act/Rules process (evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning)
• Communicate clearly and openly with team members
• Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
• Be accountable for performance
• Look for ways to improve the patient experience
• Take initiative for professional growth

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
• 1 year Licensed PT experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
• 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience
