Accounting Manager

About This Role

This Accounting Manager will lead core accounting operations, enhance internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for a global travel dining brand. The role involves guiding accounting staff and supporting the organization's long-term financial success.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal control strategies aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and parent company requirements
• Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions meet accounting standards
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Lead, mentor, and support the development of the accounting team
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum five years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong technical proficiency in GAAP and IFRS

Qualifications

Nice to Have

• CPA license or active CPA candidate
