This Accounting Manager will lead core accounting operations, enhance internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for a global travel dining brand. The role involves guiding accounting staff and supporting the organization's long-term financial success.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal control strategies aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and parent company requirements
- Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions meet accounting standards
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Lead, mentor, and support the development of the accounting team
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum five years of corporate accounting experience
- Strong technical proficiency in GAAP and IFRS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

Nice to Have
- CPA license or active CPA candidate
