This role involves understanding customer environments and aligning Ricoh solutions to their mission-critical goals. The Account Sales Manager will cultivate new and expanded customer relationships by solving critical business challenges and driving digital transformation through compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic business development initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of customer environments
- Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers to generate sales opportunities
- Solve critical business challenges identified through research and consultative questioning
- Understand customer buying behaviors by focusing on business needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Differentiate Ricoh's ability to accelerate customer's digital transformation
- Articulate how customer buying decisions impact financial and business outcomes
- Develop and confidently deliver executive-level presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated business development experience
- Understanding of profit and loss (P&L) components
- Ability to research and analyze customer environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strong learning agility and adaptability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated business development experience

- Experience in IT and/or software services environments
- Understanding of document workflow solutions and processes
