The Business Development Account Executive will identify and develop strategic opportunities with existing Dell Technologies clients by building strong relationships at all levels of a client's business to understand key drivers influencing purchasing decisions. This role involves managing company-to-company relationships to gain competitive advantages and leveraging channel offerings to position Dell solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be a sales thought leader, influencing how to segment functions and engage a client set
- Manage company-to-company relationships to develop competitive advantage
- Leverage channel offerings to position the value of the Dell solution
- Work with application vendors to get products and services bundled in the solution
- Manage vendor relationships and Enterprise product/service solutions
- Organize company-wide teams in response to vendor/customer needs/opportunities
- Work effectively with functional management throughout the organization
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in a services selling role
- Recognized internally and externally as an authority on technology, products, and services
- Knowledge of Dell's products
- Organizes company-wide teams in response to vendor/customer needs/opportunities
- Works effectively with functional management throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12 to 15 years of experience in a services selling role
