About This Role

This Account Coordinator will support the Account Manager and Head of Operations by assisting with communication, organization, and project tracking to ensure smooth internal and external operations. They will ensure clients feel supported while learning the digital marketing business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager and Head of Operations in day-to-day coordination of client campaigns and internal processes
  • Manage task creation and tracking with project management tools (primarily Asana)
  • Support client communications, keeping everyone informed and aligned
  • Take ownership of follow-ups, deadlines, and reminders to help keep projects on schedule
  • Get up to speed quickly on each client’s business, goals, and SEO strategy
  • Proactively identify gaps or blockers and flag them to the right team member
  • Handle various administrative and operational tasks to keep the team moving efficiently
  • Maintain organized documentation for client projects and communications
  • Participate in team meetings to provide updates and feedback

  • Quick learner who isn't afraid to ask questions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Solid understanding of the marketing industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Asana and GSuite
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing or agency setting
  • SEO familiarity
