About This Role

The Account Coordinator at Archroma Color Management will maintain strong relationships with retailer and brand-owner customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services. This role involves managing timely delivery, data integrity, and conducting color searches for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communications channel between Archroma and retailer/brand-owner customers via email, telephone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Manage the timely delivery of Archroma products and services, including inspecting prior to shipping and billing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain data integrity for assigned customers and their products, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct color searches for customers and prospects using a spectrophotometer and assist with training classes
  • Assist with digital and physical onboarding of new product libraries, customers, and businesses, creating samples and prototypes as needed
  • Provide backup support for business operations, swatch production, shipping, and dyeing operations
  • Assist shipping staff with customer orders, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and on-time deliveries
  • Log and resolve customer complaints, including measuring shelf inventory using a spectrophotometer
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Archroma or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills with strong working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Strong color vision

Qualifications

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Archroma or equivalent industry experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with visual and digital color approval processes
  • Experience with color science
  • Experience with color evaluation software and spectrophotometers
