Responsibilities

• Learn to sell financial products and build client relationships as a financial professional
• Meet specific requirements to transition into a management role
• Undergo an intensive six-month training program for managers
• Recruit and coach a team of financial professionals
• Lead and build a team of financial professionals
• Continue to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management

Requirements

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry OR
• Previously run own business OR
• MBA or equivalent degree
• Meet specific production and licensing requirements to transition to field management
