Lead fun and educational soccer activities for children aged 5-12, ensuring their safety and promoting life skills. This role offers flexible hours and training for energetic individuals passionate about working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities
• Ensure safety for all participants
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Employ a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Energetic, engaging and fun personality
• Enjoy working with children
• Must be 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader)

Nice to Have

• Availability during school hours and on weekends
