About This Role

Coordinate clinical activities for a Wound Care Center, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Assist physicians with wound treatment plans and participate in performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center
• Utilize skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care related to specific patient needs
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center
• Meet established Wound Healing Center Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients
• Assist physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans
• Participate in performance improvement review activities
• Act within the guidelines of federal and state laws, JCAHO Standards and professional and ethical practice

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland
• Two (2) years experience in med surg

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in med surg
