Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and safe return of customer vehicles to the road
• Maximize profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the workshop team
• Act as the decision-maker for technicians on recharge and warranty opportunities
• Ensure the workshop produces work compliant with the highest technical and quality standards
• Apply technical knowledge and understanding to routine servicing, maintenance, and complex diagnostics
• Identify and maximize efficiencies and opportunities in the workshop
• Foster a high-performing workshop team
• Support colleagues with a hands-on, can-do approach
• Manage customer and supplier issues effectively
