Lead and manage the workshop team for a leading vehicle rental specialist, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining high technical and quality standards for vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role supports customer business operations by ensuring quick and safe return of vehicles to service.

Responsibilities

• Maximise the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the workshop team
• Act as the decision-maker for technicians on recharge and warranty opportunities
• Ensure the workshop produces work that complies with the highest technical and quality standards
• Deliver on service commitments to customers
• Support customers to deliver on their business promises by ensuring vehicles are returned safely and quickly
• Utilize technical knowledge to address routine servicing, maintenance, and complex diagnostics
• Contribute to the smooth running of the workshop
