Workforce Engineer

About This Role

The Workforce Engineer provides workforce metrics, reports, and analysis to inform decision-making within the management team. This role structures data, produces analytical assessments, and applies data visualization to drive performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create complex models for optimal scheduling practices through on-site observations
• Provide education, coaching, and continuous process improvement to clinical leadership on workforce efficiencies
• Support and lead reporting from the scheduling system
• Provide standardization and enhancement in reporting for the Baptist Position Control Committee
• Serve as the system lead for HR reporting through the ERP system
• Track performance through metrics and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in workforce optimization
• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Data Analytics Programming
• Power BI

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Previous experience in workforce optimization.
